According to Dictionary.com, SCAM is fraudulent scheme, esp. for making a quick profit! According to eecl.org from different dictionaries SCAM is: 1. A ploy by a shyster to raise money. 2. A confidence trick, confidence game, or con for short (also known as a scam), is an attempt to intentionally mislead a person or persons (known as the mark) usually with the goal of financial or other gain.

As You just read the definition of scam. I can tell you right now that I am one of the victims! YES! After so many disappointments, I myself got FED UP. And, I decided to get to the bottom of this fascination we all have with get rich quick programs. I literally contacted the administrator of every get rich quick website I got involved with. Many of them never replied! Well, is this sounds familiar to you. Hope not! Recently I got involved in the PTR Business with companies/people like Depacco.com, PTRelite.com, BuxPTR.com, Earn4read.com and so on to named a few! What was the issue? All of them offered you very nice benefits when upgrade. As I believed in their promises, I went ahead and upgraded with payments like $259.00 USD. I had to report it to paypal through what they call "Paypal Resolution Center" before 45 days from the date of main transaction. And paypal did an investigation of the situation. As result: Dear Gregory Zamor, Transaction Details
